About the Event
We will be working on how to calm the chaos from within. By working on reading the opponents body and applying variations of designated techniques and using our footwork to provide time and space to help us find opportunities to strike and safely get home.
The three hours will be full of individual and partner drills, and Phase training working at various distances to enter or escape the external chaos of an altercation. We will be pulling apart the designated techniques to see how they work at different distances and angles. These classes are for belt levels green an above. Must be an adult or invited by an instructor. Cost is $30 per class or $150 for all 6 classes. Contact Master Jack or Mr. Rob for any questions.
