Chi Kung Stretch and Strengthen

Class Description

Chi Kung, or Qigong, involves coordinated body-posture, movement, breathing, and meditation. This class will help you with self-healing, relaxation and helping your energy flow. Chi Kung is especially good for those also training in Tai Chi or Push Hands. This class is once a week on Fridays from 5:30 to 6:30pm. Our Chi Kung is $75 a month on our Annual Plan, or $25 per-class to be paid on arrival. Walk-ins are welcome to try a first class for free. Contact us to learn more.
