Class Description
(NEW CLASS Starting February 10th.) In this class you will learn Chi Kung which is involves of coordinated body-posture, movement, breathing, and meditation. These classes will help you relax and feel your energy flow. Chi Kung is especially good for those also training in Tai Chi or Push Hands. This class is once on Fridays from 5:30 to 6:30pm.
