Class Description

Tai Chi is a very important part of our system. Tai Chi consists of slow and controlled movements. This class promotes healing through movement and meditation. This class is 1 hour twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8pm. Please note that class times will change the week of February 6th. New class times will start Saturday February 10th at 10am. In March a second class time will be added on Fridays at 6:30pm.
