Class Description

Our Yang Style Tai Chi is a very important part of our system. Tai Chi consists of slow and controlled movements. This class promotes healing through movement and meditation. It's also a great way to strengthen your muscles. This class is on Fridays at 6:30pm, right after Chi Kung, and Saturday mornings at 10am. To take both Tai Chi Classes it's $159 a month on our Annual Plan with a bonus Chi Kung class. A single Tai Chi class is $75 a month on our Annual Plan. Or $25 per-class to be paid on arrival. Walk-ins are welcome to try a first class for free. Contact us to learn more.
